Pierre Gasly got a chance at the wheel of Red Bull this season, but the Frenchman's career at Milton Keynes ended all over 12. racing.
Max Verstappen completely overshadowed his team-mate in the first half of the season, who in no way could cope with Red Bull RB 15. While Verstappen was fighting for the top spots, Gasly had a lot of trouble with the Mclaren, Alfa Romeo and Renault racers.

In the first half of the season, Max Verstappen qualified on average more than three places better than his teammate. Gasly beat Verstappna only once in qualifying, averaging more than three tenths of a second behind him.

laps, did not lead Gasly in a single lap. Vestappen scored two wins, while Gasly's best finish was a modest fifth.
