Just a few hours after Mercedes officially announced the extension of its contract with Valtteri Bottas, Renault has confirmed that it will be in F1 season 2020 Nice Hulkenberg replaced Mercedes' former test runner Esteban Ocon.
So, with the season 2020 behind the wheel of a French Renault, Ocon will join forces with Daniel Ricciard while he has to Nico Hulkenberg Finding a New Employer.
The young French racer returns to Formula One starting lineup after a year's break 2020, and Ocon he couldn't hide his enthusiasm when the news was confirmed.
“I am proud to be racing for Renault, with which I have worked great in the past. I grew up in Enston and to this day I have remained connected to this team and all the people who work there. I am delighted that a team with such great ambition has shown such confidence and I will do my best to confirm that confidence on the track. ”
Renault boss Cyril Abiteboul is also pleased with the new reinforcements:

He has shown many times in the past that he is one of the most talented racers, but at the same time he is a great professional who is very dedicated to hard work.
