Not entirely true for reliability. If lets, say, Ferrari introduced a Spec 2 engine to test it in Spain but didn’t actually race it until, France, it’ll show 2 engines for Spain, Monaco, Canada even if they’re still in Spec 1. (I made those numbers up)
It’s a cool chart but it’s not a very accurate measure of reliability. Mercedes used their Spec 2 engine in Singapore even if according to that chart they should’ve been on Spec 3 since Belgium. (Actually true this time)
