Charles Leclerc [Ferrari] was the fastest in the third free training session before the race for the Russian GP in Sochi. Monacan was faster than his team-mate Sebastian Vettl by a good three tenths of a second, and Lewis Hamilton [Mercedes] finished third with a gap of just over four tenths.

Valtteri Bottas was ranked in the top three, with Max Verstappen in the final fast lap [Red Bull] in fifth.
A very good sixth place went to Romain Grosjean [Haas], who was slightly faster than Alexander Albon at Red Bull
Nico Hulkenberg [Renault] placed eighth, with Lando Norris [Mclaren] and Kevin Magnussen [Haas] top ten.
