Apologies if here’s silly but how does this happen with a decrease profile tyre..? Absolutely decrease profile = less motion? Is the rim warping or something?
This is for 2020, no longer 2021. Any future tyre chat, and my head robotically jumps to 18″ 2021 rims. Apologies.
