Pink Bull's sports boss Dr Helmut Marko was very unhappy after racing in Japan after racing Charles Leclerc, who collided with Charles Leclerc in the first round of the Suzuki race.
Verstappen and Leclerc collided in the first lap of the Suzuki race, and while Ferrari took the seventh in the finish, Verstappen ended the race in 17. circle.
After the race, Leclerc's race was strongly condemned by Verstapp's boss Helmut Marko:
“Our car was so damaged that it was no longer reasonable to continue racing. Leclerc made a really stupid mistake that a top driver couldn't afford. The penalty was well deserved, but in the end nothing helps us, as we have lost a large number of points. ”
