Former Formula 1 racer Ralf Schumacher has admitted that he would probably never have raced in an elite motto class if his brother had not been for the legendary Michael Schumacher.
Although Formula One's Ralf Schumacher achieved six victories, the German spent his entire career in the shadow of a famous brother who won seven World Cup titles, breaking many F1 records.
Schumacher spoke about his brother's racing career help with the official F1 podcast Beyond the Grid:
The question was if I was racing in Formula One if it wasn't for Michael. It's hard to say, but I strongly doubt it. I think I could have achieved even more in my career, as I did not use my full potential. I made some unnecessary mistakes while also having some pitch.
