Lewis Hamilton has raised a lot of dust in his Formula One caravan last week with his calls for action to prevent global warming.
After recently calling his followers on Instagram a vegan diet, Hamilton has been met with criticism, and his former rival, Fernando Alonso, has also condemned Britain's duplicity, accusing Hamilton of duplicity.
Kimi Raikkonen agrees with Alonso's statement that F1 racers are not best placed to make such statements.
Of course, this topic applies to all of us who live on this planet, but nonetheless, F1 racers are not the best place to tell anyone what to do or not to do. Last but not least, we use a lot of fuel to compete for 1st or 2nd place. System 1 is not a place for debates about emissions prevention. If that happens we can go home and stop racing.
