Charles Leclerc [Ferrari] was fastest in the second free training session before the race for the GP of Mexico at the Rodriguez Brothers Race. He was weak for 27 tens of seconds faster than teammate Sebastian Vettl and Valtteri Bottas [Mercedes] finished third with a tenth of a second behind.

3. the free training started after the morning rain on the wet track, but it quickly dried and allowed faster times. Leclerc set time 1 in the qualification simulation: 14. 145, which was for 26 a thousandth of a second faster than Sebastian Vettl and third was Valtteri Bottas .
Lewis Hamilton ranked in the top three [Mercedes] and Carlos Sainz with McLarn was a great fifth.
Max Verstappen [Red Bull] broke off his fast lap after an excellent time, and the Dutchman finished in sixth place for free training. Saturday did not start well for yesterday's excellent Pierre Gasly, who came to the race with stomach problems, and the Frenchman is ethical to miss most of his last free training. Gasly, who returned to the track just before the end, took a very good seventh place.

Alexander Albon [Red Bull] took eighth place, with Lando Norris [Mclaren] and Sergio Perez [Racing Point] top ten. .
Renault will not be entering its third free training either, as there are problems with the cooling system on both cars…

Renault also encountered problems, with Daniel Ricciard first experiencing hydraulic failure and then the French team detecting contamination of the cooling system in both cars, Ricciardo and Hulkenberg. but the keep and mind ends did not return to the track.
