Sebastian Vettel [Ferrari] was fastest in the second free training session before the race for the GP of Mexico at the Rodriguez Brothers. The German was a good tenth of a second faster than Max Verstappen [Red Bull], with Charles Leclerc [Ferrari] third in the last sector by mistake.
