Starting type by penalties

FIA fined Max Verstappen, winner of the qualifiers, for failing to comply with the yellow flags with a fine of three starting places. Verstappen will start the race for the GP of Mexico from the fourth starting place, while from the best starting position on the Rodriguez Brothers start will be Charles Leclerc
