Following the end of the race, the FIA investigated the incident between the two Ferrari racers, but Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc carried it away without penalty.
Vettel and Leclerc are in 66. made a run for the fourth lap, but before the turn to turn 4 it ended in a collision, and both Ferrari drivers had to step down. After the end of the race, the FIA called both Vettl and Leclerc to be heard, and commissioners stated in their reasoning that both racers could avoid a collision and as a result neither of them was the sole culprit for the accident.
Both Scuderie racers have thus avoided additional penalties, and may in particular be rested by Vettel, who, in the event of multiple penalty points on his honest license, could be barred from entering one race.
