Charles Leclerc was astonished by the qualifications of the events just before the time had elapsed when he was unable to start the fast lap because of the traffic ahead of him.
The Ferrari racer, who will start the race for GP Abu Dhabi at Bottas' penalty from the third starting spot, announces the fight to win in the last race of the year 2019.
Leclerc said he had “no idea” what had happened before him and prevented him from being able to start the round in time.
“I don't know if the situation was just an accident or if we could have done better. But we will analyze the matter and try to understand what happened and prevent it from happening again, as we have had an opportunity for a better result. Nevertheless, third place is a good starting point and I will be very aggressive in the race right from the start. I want to win third place in the Championship and I want to end the season with a win. ”
