Russell with Mercedes to the top, Leclerc finished in the wall

George Russell [Mercedes] set the fastest time of the second day of post-season testing at the Yas Marina in Abu Abi. The British, who race for Williams, was nearly two-tenths faster than Charles Leclerc [Ferrari], who in the afternoon collided with the Maranell Test team to finish early. Third place went to Lance Stroll [Racing Point].

A new driver of the French team, Esteban Ocon, drove behind the wheel of Renault for the second day in a row 112 completed the rounds at 6.
