Amendments to the FIA Statutes

Amendments to the FIA World Sporting Code

The Assembly agreed to several amendments to the World Sporting Code, including the next:

  • Again in relation to the implementation of the 2021 System One Monetary Rules a preference of adjustments were made to the World Sporting Code, principally referring to the authority of stewards, by which all matters touching on to the FIA System One Monetary Rules drop internal the queer competence of the FIA Mark Cap Administration and of the FIA Mark Cap Adjudication Panel.
