Toyota Gazoo Racing went to the tip of the timing monitors in Free Prepare 3 as Brendon Hartley registered a 1m44.285s lap in the first ever moist session held at WEC go in Bahrain. 

The Kiwi lapped in the no8 Toyota Gazoo Racing LMP1 Hybrid 0.1s faster than Ben Hanley in the no5 Crew LNT Ginetta-AER.  The no6 Crew Ginetta is third in LMP1 class as Chris Dyson gets first meaningful running as he returns to the WEC for the first time since 2013.

Ferrari becomes third producer to head a session this weekend in LMGTE Pro, with the no71 Ferrari 488 GTE Evo pushed by Davide Rigon items a finest lap of 1m56.095.  Rigon’s time is 0.2s sooner than No.95 Aston Martin Vantage, while 2d no51 AF Corse Ferrari of James Calado and Alessandro Pier Guidi locations third.

United Autosports tempo LMP2 as Phil Hanson’s early session lap of 1m45.970s proved to be better of the extremely-aggressive category.  Hanson’s time is factual ample for third overall on the timing monitors and is 0.1s faster than Jackie Chan DC Racing driver Will Stevens.
