Ferrari CEO Loius Camilleri is convinced that with the rapid rise of Charles Leclerc, it was only a matter of time before Sebastian Vettel would lose the space of Maranell's first Scuderie racer.
After starting the Vettel season 2019 as the undisputed No. 1 prospect, Charles Leclerc, with excellent form, made sure that the power relationships in the Maranell team quickly changed.
Loius Camilleri acknowledged that even at Ferrari, young Leclerc was not expected to take over primacy within the squad so quickly.
