is-mick-schumacher-good-enough-for-formula-one?

Mick Schumacher has completed his first season in the Formula 2 Championship this year, in which the son of seven-time Formula One World Champion Michael Schumacher has not yet completely shined.

Mick Schumacher made the Formula 2 European Championship after last year's European Championship title, ending his humble second season in motorsport in a modest 12. site. Considering that the new generation of F1 racers Charles Leclerc and George Russell won the World Cup title in their first season in F2, it is only 12. a place for the young German certainly a worrying result.

Both Leclerc and Russell have won consecutive titles in the GP3 and F2 series, and Monacan, who has made seven of his best starting positions in F1 this year, has beaten all competition in the F2 with Prem, team for which Schumacher also races.

In their first season, Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg also won the Formula 2 title (GP2 at the time), and the F2 world champions also became e.g. Timo Glock, Nico Hulkenberg, Pastor Maldonado, Romain Grosjean, Jolyon Palmer, Stoffel Vandoorne and Pierre Gasly.

Of course, the title of Formula 2 World Champion is not a prerequisite for a successful Formula One career, but the fact is that young Schumacher's factual will be showing inappropriately more in his second season. His arrival in F1 is due to his illustrious surname, both to fans, the media and advertisers, and that's why Mick is under even greater pressure.

Schumacher will no doubt sooner or later come to Formula One, and it is up to him whether he goes down the path of his legendary father, or the path of Nelson Piquet Jr. or Bruno Senna.
