The next hearing of the World Court of Enchantment took space the previous day in Paris:

Case ICA-2019-08: Enchantment brought by the Competitor AF Corse against Decision No. 29 dated 10 November 2019 of the Stewards of the 4 Hours of Shanghai (China), toddle counting in direction of the 2019 – 2020 FIA World Patience Championship

Additional to a listing from the Technical Delegate, the Stewards of the 4 Hours of Shanghai, by Decision No.29 dated 10 November 2019, decided to disqualify car No. 51 (Competitor AF Corse, Drivers J. Calado/A. Pier Guidi) because it became found out that the minimal floor clearance of their car became decrease than 50 mm which represents a breach of Article 205 of the WEC Technical Regulations.

On 14 November 2019, AF Corse decided to allure Decision No. 29 taken by the Stewards sooner or later of the 4 Hours of Shanghai.

Decision of the World Court of Enchantment

The Court, after having heard the parties and examined their submissions, decided:

  • To pickle aside the Contested Decision;
  • To point out the competent Wearing Authority to plot, as appropriate, the outcomes of this ruling.

The World Court of Enchantment became presided over by Mr Michael GRECH (Malta), and included Mr Hervé de LIEDEKERKE (Belgium), Mr Jean LUISI (France) and Mr Nish Kumar SHETTY (Singapore).
