That is an aged plasma tv no longer an OLED. On an OLED this advise day this certainly wouldn’t happen.

EDIT: except (clearly) you will be watching this 24/7 for about a weeks or gape one thing else with a static bar for about a weeks. Nonetheless thats no longer what we had been talking about right here, with weird and wonderful use this wont happen on a oled TV and it did happen on the first few technology of plasma with semi-weird and wonderful use.
