The aerodynamics of the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm can be adapted to different characteristics of the racetrack by means of the manually adjustable entrance and rear wings, according to the requirements of the driver.

The aerodynamic tests in the wind tunnel were not limited to the body, but also included the underbody, which, like the standard top model Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, is completely covered. Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA and Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm also benefit from a newly developed air extraction system, which increases the vehicle’s downforce and thus ensures excellent road holding, especially at high speeds. The aerodynamic components of the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm build up about twice as high downforce in the maximum position as the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA achieves. Compared to the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, which previously set the benchmark in the segment, the value for downforce even triples.
