Second coaching, second clear best time: The Frenchman Victor Bernier continues to drive in his own league in wet conditions at the DEKRA Lausitzring. The 15 – year olds a time of 2: 07, 345 minutes and was more than a second faster than championship leader Jonny Edgar. Oliver Bearman took third place just behind Edgar. This means that Bernier is also the big favorite in the two qualifying sessions in the afternoon (from 15. 15 Clock).

Compared to the first coaching, the field was much more closed, the distances were smaller. Only Bernier was out of reach again, the driver from the R-ace GP racing team took the lead early on and could no longer be ousted by the competition. The Brit Edgar was clearly improved compared to the first session and underlined his ambitions. At the season opener in Lausitz at the beginning of August, which was carried out on the short connection of the route, the 16 year old Red Bull Junior won two races.

Behind the third Bearman was the Berlin Joshua Dürksen fourth in front of ADAC Foundation sports sponsor Tim Tramnitz from Hamburg. The American Jak Crawford, who in the championship 27 points behind Edgar, finished sixth. At the penultimate race weekend of the season, the first decisions can be made in the ADAC high-speed school. As usual, three races are on the program. The first run starts on Saturday afternoon (12. 00, the other two races will be on Sunday (09. 00 clock and 12. 30 o’clock).
