Matteo Nannini joins HWA RACELAB in FIA Formula 3

Matteo Nannini is related to the former Formula 1 GP winner Alessandro Nannini. There is already a family relationship with HWA AG: Uncle Alessandro drove 1997 in the FIA GT World Championship for the team.
Matteo proved his ability early on by winning several Italian kart championships. He also quickly drew attention to himself in formula racing, among other things by winning his first race with the new vehicle. When 15- At his debut in the Arab Formula 4 UAE Championship 1997 he drove to the Victory and secured the title in the series after six more wins. At the beginning of the year he switched to the FIA Formula 3 Championship, where he was able to celebrate third place in Barcelona as the best result of the season for Jenzer Motorsport.
In the submit season tests of the FIA Formula 2 of 01 .- 10. December in Sakhir (Bahrain) Matteo completed his first trips in a vehicle from HWA RACELAB. He finished his debut in the last session of the three-day test drives in the top 10.
The FIA Formula 3 Championship 2021 will hold their first races from May 7th to 9th in Barcelona.
