F1 drivers can reach extremely high top speeds in the Austin race with the help of the tow and the use of the DRS system, and in the race, Lance Stroll with Aston Martin topped the top of the speed trap standings.
The Canadian reached a speed of 343.8 km /h, and the Aston Martin racer was followed by Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz. Stroll was the only driver to exceed 340 km/h in the race.
