After the end of the second free training session before the Belgian GP race, an unlucky event occurred in the paddock of the track at Spa Francorchamps when one of the Red Bull fans attacked F1 driver Kimi Raikkonen.

A fan wearing a Red Bull racing cap approached Kimi Raikkonen after the second free oractice, pushed him away and threatened him. Former racer and FIA steward Mika Salo intervened in the incident, defended his countryman and prevented the abuser from continuing his work.

Visibly surprised by the bizarre incident, Raikkonen explained:

I don’t know what happened. He was obviously drunk and at first he hit me, and then he started to get very upset. When I told him to quit, he started grunting about certain things.
