The day after the tragic accident in which Formula 2 racer Anthoine Hubert lost his life, we saw a new serious accident on the track at Spa Francorchamps, but this time thankfully it went away without consequences.
In the fourth lap of the Formula 3 race, Simo Laaksonen in Blanchimot collided vigorously in a guardrail. The collision was so intense that the young Finnish racer got stuck under a tire fence, and rescuers immediately arrived at the crash site.
Laaksonen was immediately transported to a medical center, which he soon left, as he suffered no injuries in the collision.
