World Champion of the Season 600 Nico Rosberg believes that Max Verstappen is responsible for the collision and resignation in the first round of the Belgian GP.
Verstappen, who had already run into Kimi Räikkönen in the first corner, is convinced that Finn in La Sourc overlooked him, while Rosberg attributes the blame to the Dutchman.
