At Chartres Cathedral, around 24 miles southwest of Paris, the tragically deceased racer Anthoin Hubert, who died after a severe crash in the Formula 2 race at Spa Francorchamps, was buried today.
The funeral was attended by many current and former racers and people from the world of motorsport. Among others, the young French racer said goodbye to Monza race winner Charles Leclerc, Formula One legend Alain Prost and FIE President Jean Todt.
