David Schumacher took his second Formula Regional European Championship victory of the weekend at Barcelona.

In third and final race of the weekend Schumacher had a good getaway form pole position and led the pack followed by Dan Ticktum who started fourth and moved two places up on the opening lap.

“I have been learning the entire weekend. I will be there for the two remaining rounds of the season as I really enjoy the racing here. The direction we found with the team is the right one”, Ticktum commented.

In the overall drivers’ standings, it’s Vesti who leads with 347 points to his name. Fittipaldi (247) is second, ahead of Schumacher (222), Igor Fraga (205), Caldwell (190), Raul Guzman (132) and Floersch (124).
