Red Bull's Chief Advisor Dr Helmut Marko is pleased with the progress recently made by Japanese Honda, and the Austrian expects Honda to make further improvements to the drive unit that will bring it home to Suzuka step forward. At Red Bull they are determined to fight for victory in Japan.
After some worse Red Bull racing after the summer break, Marko announces a fight for victory in Japan's Suzuki with additional updates and new fuel.
“Honda will bring a heavily updated fourth powertrain specification to Suzuka, which we expect to completely eliminate the lag behind Mercedes and Ferrari. At the same time, we will have new fuel and we want to win in Suzuki. It is just a victory for us and Honda will be extremely motivated in the home race. We have had problems with penalty spots in the last few races, but now we are determined to go back to the top. ”
