Valtteri Bottas [Mercedes] set the fastest time on the first day of post-season testing as they take place at the Abu Dhabi Yas Marina. The Finn was faster than Sebastian Vettl [Ferrari] in a bad second, with Daniil Kvyat [Toro Rosso] in third place.

The dominance of Mercedes on the Yas Marina track was continued by Valtteri Bottas on the first day of testing, which was almost a second faster than Sebastian Vettl.
