Former Formula 1 racer Jos Verstappen has admitted that he has done far more than his own in the racing career of his son, Max Verstappen.
Jos Verstappen drove 106 Formula One races in which he recorded two podium finishes. While the Dutchman's racing career did not offer any special benefits, Verstappen points out that he has completely different plans for his son.
“I did a lot more for Max's career than my own. Max is my life project and I want to win the Formula One World Champion title with him. This is our common goal and we are both determined to achieve it. Watching Max go kart was a lot more fun for me than my Formula One career. “
