According to RaceFans.secure, Robert Kubica is reportedly shortly before he signed a contract with Alfa Romeo, where he will serve as a test and development driver.
Kubica also negotiated with Haas and Racing Point teams in recent weeks, but Polack eventually decided to switch to Alpha, where they also wished him favors.
The Pole, who returned to the wheel of a Formula One car this season, left the starting line after breaking off his team with Williams after just over a year. Kubica remains in the game of racing with BMW in the DTM Championship, but also wants to stay in touch with Formula One.
Along with the Polish racer, his personal sponsor, the Polish oil company Orlen, is also expected to move to Alfi Romeo.
