Case ICA-2019-10: Enchantment lodged by Vincenzo Sospiri Racing S.R.L. towards Decision No. 5/2019 of the “Enchantment and Disciplinary Commission” of the Exact Federación Española de Automovilismo, issued in Madrid on 5 November 2019 connected to Decision No. 9 of the Stewards of Monza counting in direction of the 2019 International GT Birth

After Urge 2 of the seventh round of the 2019 International GT Birth which came about in Monza on 13 October 2019, the Appellant, Vincenzo Sospiri Racing S.R.L. lodged two protests.

Convey 1: The Appellant represented by Vehicle No. 66 (Drivers Frederick Schandorff and Tuomas Tujula) alleged that SPS Car Efficiency had dedicated unsporting behaviour by instructing their Vehicle No. 10 (Drivers Miguel Ramos and Fabrizio Crestani) to power in an unsporting system to learn their Vehicle No. 20 (Drivers Valentin Pierburg and Tom Onslow-Cole) to the detriment of Vehicle No. 66. On 13 October 2019, by Decision No. 8, the Stewards, brooding about that there was once no proof that the Driver of Vehicle No. 10 purchased any orders to learn his group mate, rejected Convey 1.

Convey 2: The Appellant represented by Vehicle No. 66 (Drivers Frederick Schandorff and Tuomas Tujula) alleged that SPS Car Efficiency Vehicle No. 10 (Drivers Miguel Ramos and Fabrizio Crestani) had dedicated unsporting behaviour by impeding Vehicle No. 66 several times. On 13 October 2019, by Decision No. 9, the Stewards, brooding about that Vehicle No. 10 had breached several articles of the Sporting Regulations and the International Sporting Code, made up our minds to impose a “Discontinue and Lunge” penalty towards Vehicle No. 10 (converted true into a 30 2nd time penalty as well to to its whole elapsed time).

On 13 October 2019, Vincenzo Sospiri Racing S.R.L. made up our minds to attraction Choices No. 8 and 9 before the Enchantment and Disciplinary Commission of the Exact Federación Española de Automovilismo (RFEdA).

On 5 November 2019, the RFEdA upheld both choices and on 27 November 2019, Vincenzo Sospiri Racing S.R.L. made up our minds to attraction the decisions taken by the Enchantment and Disciplinary Commission of the Exact Federación Española de Automovilismo (RFEdA) before the International Court of Enchantment.
