After the race for the Hungarian GP at the Hungaroring, Sebastian Vettel admitted that he didn’t care whether Fernando Alonso will return to Formula 1. At the same time, Vettel revealed that he had never had a good relationship with the Spaniard.
Following the end of the race on Twitter, Fernando Alonso praised the racing of Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen at Hungaroring, and there have been growing rumors lately that the two-time world champion could be back in the coming season Formula One.
At a press conference after the race, Vettel asked if he wanted Fernando Alonso’s return:
I don’t mind. I don’t think he ever really liked me. I appreciate his achievements because he’s a good driver, but as I said, I’m not concerned with his return.
