Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton has offered Brazilian authorities help to tackle the Amazon rainforest, which has been facing massive fires recently.
The Amazon forest area has recently been affected by large-scale fires and the ecological catastrophe is consequently threatened by Brazil and the whole world.
Lewis Hamilton also took part in activities to tackle the ecological crisis, which posted on Instagram:
“It is horrifying to watch our world suffer. The Amazon rainforest is burning at record levels, which is very alarming. Scientists call the Amazon forest the lungs of the planet, because it produces 20% of the total oxygen we breathe. The size of a football field disappears every minute and action is needed. If I can do anything myself, I am ready to help in every way possible. ”
