Charles has been a member of Ferrari's racing academy for years, and had a great debut season with Alpha last year. I'm glad he caught the winning rhythm so quickly. From a team perspective, it is important that we work together and not compete with each other. I am convinced that in the future, we can achieve tremendous results for a team with total strength.
