Ferrari team boss Mattia Binotto has confirmed that Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc will start the F1 season 2020 with completely equal status.
While Binotto made it clear earlier this season that Ferrari will be Vettel's first F1 season racer 2019, this will change next year, and both Maranell team drivers will have to get your field on track.
Vettel and Leclerc, however, have repeatedly engaged in mutual clashes during the season, and the climax of their rivalry occurred in Brazil, where they collided with Ferrari with a double collision.
In spite of all the developments this season, Binotto claims that Ferrari's runners-up will have exactly the same field 2020 in the season.
“Charles has proven to be incredibly fast. He confirmed that he can fight for the highest places and that he can compete with a racer like Sebastian. The racers had their hands free at the end of the year, and so will the start of the season 2020. Both will have the opportunity to prove their worth. “
