Crimson Bull boss Christian Horner has revealed that Honda has exceeded all expectations of the Milton Keynes team this season 2019. During the off-season 2018, Crimson Bull supplied the powertrains to Renault, while Honda partnered with Toro Rosso. New partnerships have also been concluded with the new season.
Crimson Bull sees the collaboration with Honda as very successful, as they managed to achieve three wins in the 2019 season.
Horner believes that their collaboration with Honda is even more successful than they envisioned:
»This season was considered a transitional year with the arrival of a new drivetrain partner and all the reunification and integration required. This exceeded our expectations, as we managed to achieve three victories.
With the victory of Max Verstappen at the Crimson Bull Ring, the event was also attended by Honda's leadership, and the originals of the emotional scenes of engineers who have been unsuccessful with McLarn in recent years. Horner has big plans for Honda for next season:
