These times are not representative, as it was semi dry times in Q1 2018. And Racing point struggles in this track.
Last year they qaulfied P18 and P19.
And this year they still have half 2018 car and half 2019 car. They thought of bringing the new front nose wing, but due to production problem, they didn’t get those parts.
So 2019 racing point car is still half 2018 car. So they struggled in this track again.
