I think its mostly becoming more because Ferrari is really dropping the ball. They clearly had the first or second fastest car but have been underperforming. Bottas also seems to have unreliable results where he seems like an easy target on track at times.

Overall 2019 is still a transition year for Red Bull because the Mercedes are too far away but they will likely go for race wins where they can and use penalties on races that might not suit them. I doubt they will get close to Mercedes at the end of the season, especially with the luck that Hamilton seems to be having . Inheriting race wins comes to mind (he shouldn’t have won in Bahrein or Canada for instance)…
