Yeah but he also capitalised the G, so it spells GM. which was a competitor of Chrysler back in the 60’s. Ferrari is part of the fiat-chrysler cooperation, so ocon means hell be joining Ferrari’s competitor, I.E. Ferrari.

Why doesn’t Mercedes put Ocon in kubicas seat? I doub’t he is going to stay after being beaten by Russell. That way, they could realisticly benchmark Russell with a known driver and get him back into f1

Because mercedes will never pay to put their drivers in a seat. At best they’ll give an engine discount. Kubica/ Latifi bring in a ton of hard cash.
Plus Claire Williams will never take 2 merc drivers.
