If Ferrari score a perfect 44 points at each of the 7 remaining races, Mercedes need to average 25 points per race plus 1 more to clinch the constructor’s championship.

Take out the fastest lap, and that becomes a 24 point average for Merc. In other words, if the last 7 races end like Singapore (unlikely, I know) then Ferrari will win the constructor’s championship for the first time in 12 years.

Edit: basically disregard everything previous. As was pointed out in a comment, there are actually 6 races left, not 7. My bad. Merc only need 22 points on average to clinch, so Singapore results for the remaining races will still give Merc the win.
