Jim Clark did 100% on two occasions (1963,1965) only the six best races counted for the WDC, which he won 6. Senna did 90,91% in 1988 (best 11 results)

In 1963 he actually won 7 races, which I think makes it the only time an F1 driver has had a win as one of his dropped results.
