Young Lewis Hamilton and Mika Häkkinen.

I might remember wrong, but I think Lewis had the same personal trainer/coach/assistant that Mika did. I cant remember his name. He died in 2016 and he was from Finland. I remember reading an article where Lewis praised this man a lot. I think he had a big impact in getting Lewis to mclaren.
