The motorsport career of André Lotterer started karting at an early age. Later he changed classically into the formula sport. After a year as a Formula 1 test driver ((*************************************************************************************)) became Japan's new center of life: Lotterer drove parallel Formula Nippon (now Super Formula) and Super GT. In Europe he came back appearance. He took the overall victory three times (**************************************************************************************************************) Hours of Le Mans and once the world title in the WEC. At the same time, the Duisburg native continued his formula career in Japan. He took a short trip with Caterham into Formula 1.
