Technically it’s just a Haas development driver. Not a Haas team. This was Jr Motorsports.
level 2
Guess you could say they learn young.
level 1
The driver which was pinned down was not in Haas overalls or am I missing something?
level 2
Neither was driving for Haas although one was on a team with Haas sponsorship. Guess op got confused ¯(ツ)/¯
level 2
Yeah, the #8 isn’t a Haas driver, he drivers for his dad’s (Joe Nemechek) team. The #00 isn’t a Haas driver (at the time at least, he is now), but a Haas affiliate.
level 1
Not the same problem. This was fighting for a win. Unfortunately Haas doesn’t know what that looks like.
level 1
The 8 was not a Haas truck. The 8 was fielded by Nemco Motorsports.
Also technically the 00 was a JR Motorsprots truck, but I’ll give it to you since the entire program was funded by Haas.

That’s a seriously nice tackle!
level 2
KMag can probably top that. At this rate, we’ll know soon enough.
level 2
Neck high, that’s a dangerous tackle. Head & feed to Wigan
level 1
Woooooooow , that team needs steiner .
level 2
Everyone needs a Steiner in their life.

Ummm, this happened three years ago and they weren’t teammates. One of the guys (Custer) drives for Haas now, but his truck wasn’t fielded by the team.
level 1
You got to crash into the wall by yourself during a yellow flag to compare to Haas Racing.
level 1
Trying to beat the guy in a helmet seems pointless to me
level 1
This is the NASCAR truck series right? I know NASCAR is more lenient on contact than F1 and IndyCar, so were there any repercussions from this? I know they were fighting for a win, I’m just not familiar with the rules for truck racing.
level 2
There was not any repercussions as far as I know
level 2
It’s really hard to repercussions for these things. Only happens really if someone wrecks someone under caution
