You’re right. It seems there was a mistake in 1950, the first Formula 1 Italian GP was the 20th Italian GP, but for some reason it was named as XXI Gran Premio d’Italia. So, whilst this year race is officially named 90º Gran Premio d’Italia, it’s actually the 89th Italian Grand Prix.
