I doubt it. Mainly because all 3 of them have to outscore him by 30 points or more in 6 races. Sure the gap can close quick if 1 of them wins 2 or 3 races. But that means the other 2 dont score the full 25 points, making it harder to net a lot more points than Bottas. All while Lewis will also still be there competing for victories.
